Online Foreign Undergraduate Applicant


Preliminaries

  1. Secure an interview slip from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities.
  2. Undergo initial interview with the Head for Admissions / LASO Manager and The Registrar.
  3. Fill out the Online Application& Applicant Personal History Statement (Foreign Applicant) Form (download here) at the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities located at Room 5110, Ground Floor of the Lourdes E. Campos, MD Bldg.
  4. Submit the generated temporary ID number to the LASO staff to secure Charge Slip.
  5. Apply for the College Admission Test (CAT) and pay the $125.00 Foreign Application fees.
    (For non-native English speakers, they shall be advised to take the English Proficiency Test (EPT) first before taking the LAT. In the event that they fail in the EPT, they shall be referred to the Center for Language Training and Professional Development (CLTPD) of the Institute for the English Proficiency Program (EPP)).
  6. Return the Charge Slip to the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities then secure a CAT permit from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities.

Screening and Evaluation

  1. Take the CAT as scheduled. The applicant should be at the testing site at least 30 minutes before the examination. The following should be brought on the day of the exam; otherwise, applicant shall not be allowed to take the exam:
    • Original entrance examination permit with 2×2 color picture holding a name tag
    • Original receipt of CAT payment
    • One (1) valid identification card with picture
    • Two (2) Mongol pencils (no. 2 lead)
  2. The College Admissions Test (CAT) shall be released at least one (1) day after the scheduled date of the examination. You can view your examination results here.
  3. Once the applicant has decided on a course of choice, secure Charge Slip from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities then pay the Php 600.00 Admissions Processing fee at the Cashier’s Office.
  4. Return the charge slip to the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities then secure an Admissions Envelope Package & fill-out the forms included.
  5. Undergo an interview with the College’s interviewers to be scheduled by the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities. Bring a photo copy of HS Report Card / Transcript of Records (TOR) (available grading) during your interview schedule.
  6. Surrender Admissions Envelope Package together with the required documents and the interview results to the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities which shall serve as the final bases for the applicants’ screening and evaluation.

Confirmation

  1. Secure Acceptance Letter / Acknowledgment Letter from Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities should the applicant pass all the criteria for screening and evaluation.
  2. Secure Charge Slip from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities then pay the Php 10,000.00 reservation fee at the Cashier’s Office. The reservation fee is non- refundable and non-transferable. However, it shall be deducted from the tuition fees should the applicant decide to enroll in the Institute.
  3. Return the Charge Slip to the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities then secure Medical Exam Schedule from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities.

Physical Examination

  1. Secure your Charge Slip from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities then pay the Medical Exam fee at the Cashier’s Office.
  2. Return the Charge Slip and undergo physical examination as scheduled by the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities.

Enrollment

  1. Submit all the following requirements to receive your Enrollment Permit from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities:
    • Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
    • Original Form 138 (6thyear High School Report Card)
    • Original Certificate of Moral Character
    • 2×2 picture (white background w/ nametag)
    • Photocopy of High School Diploma or Certificate of Graduation
    • Photocopy of passport
    • Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for permanent residents, native born, children of diplomats, or holder of any valid visa and Certificate of Residence for Temporary Students (CRTS)
    • Special Study Permit (SSP) for foreigners studying in the Philippines for less than a year or less than 18 years old
    • Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) (for BSSLP applicants)
  2. Present the enrollment permit to The Registrar
  3. Payment of the Foreign Fee of Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($850.00) during enrollment..
