Guidelines for onsite testing

Guidelines for On-Site College Admissions Test (CAT / Lasallian Admissions Test (LAT) for Senior High School

For Applicants:

  1. Fill out the Online Application Form and follow the instructions given.
  2. Submit the application and wait for a confirmation through e-mail or call the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities for validation.
  3. Pay the Php700.00 Special College Admission Test (SCAT) / Special Lasallian Admissions Test (SLAT) Fee to your School Representative or pay individually via inter-branch deposit using any of the following accounts:
    • Account Name:
    • Hermano (San) Miguel Febres Cordero Medical Education Foundation, Inc.
    • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI):

    • Developmental Bank of the Philippines (DBP):

  4. Submit the proof of payment to your School Representative

For School Representative:

  1. Download & Fill out the Request for On-site Admission Test.
  2. Collect the deposit slip from the examinees or their payment then pay the Php700.00 Special College Admission Test (SCAT) / Special Lasallian Admissions Test (SLAT) Fee personally or via inter-branch deposit using any of the following accounts:
    • Account Name:
      • Hermano (San) Miguel Febres Cordero Medical Education Foundation, Inc.
    • Account Number:
      • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI):
      • Account Number:0963-0908-89
      • Developmental Bank of the Philippines (DBP):
      • Account Number: 0650-013883030

      • Account Number: 265-054741-6
    • Note: The minimum number of examinees is fifteen (15). An additional fee of P1,500 (for Metro Manila) or P2,000 (for CALABARZON) should be paid by the requesting school if there are less than 15 examinees.
  3. Submit the following personally / thru fax / email at least 5 working days prior to the preferred Admission Test schedule.
    • Accomplished Request for On-site Testing Form
    • List of Name & ID number (generated after they completed the Online Application Form) of the examinees.
    • Proof of payment / Deposit slip of the examinees.
  4. Wait for a confirmation through e-mail or call the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities

Reminders to the school representative:

  1. The requesting school should provide a suitable exam room for examinees.
  2. The school representative should instruct the examinees to prepare the following during exam day:
    • At least two (2) sharpened Mongol Pencils (lead No. 2).
    • At least one (1) valid ID.
  3. The exam result shall be released three (3) days after the scheduled date of the examination. The school representative can claim the exam results personally to LASO or instruct students to check their email addresses individually.
