Level I

    • To qualify for promotion to the second semester Level 1 the student should:
      1. Have passed all the subjects in the first semester of BSN level 1 curriculum including P.E., NSTP and Religious Education.
      2. obtained a grade of 80% or above in Theoretical Foundation of Nursing
      3. A GPA of at least 80%.
      4. Undergone Hepatitis B Screening test and received the first dose of Hepatitis B vaccine.
    • To qualify for promotion to the summer of pre level IIL, the student should:
      1. have passed all the subject in the second semester  of the BSN 1 curriculum including P.E., NSTP and Religious Education
      2. Obtain a grade of at least 80% or above in Anatomy and Physiology and Fundamentals of Nursing Practice.
      3. Have GPA of at least 80%.
      4. Completed the three doses of Hepatitis B vaccine.
    • To qualify for the promotion to the first semester Level II, the student should:
      1. Obtain grade of at least 80% or above in Health Assessment.
      2. Obtain a passing grade in all other subjects.
      3. Have GPA of at least 80%

Level II

    • To qualify for the promotion to the second semester Level II, the student should:
      1. Have passed the entire subject in the first semester of the BSN II curriculum including P.E., and Religious education.
      2. Obtain a grade of at least 80% or above in NCM 101 (Care of Individuals and Family with Maternal and Child Health), CHN (Community Health Nursing), Micro/Para (Microbiology and Parasitology)
      3. Have GPA of at least 80%.
    • To qualify for the promotion to the summer of pre Level III, the student should:
      1. Have passed all the subject in the second semester BSN II curriculum including P.E., and Religious Education.
      2. obtain a grade of at least 80% or above in NCM102 (Care of the Clients Across the Lifespan with Mother, Child and Family/Population Group-at-risk or With Problems), Nutrition and Diet Therapy, Pharmacology.
      3. Have GPA of at least 80%.
      4. Pass the Qualifying Examination
    • To qualify for the promotion to the first semester Level III, the student should:
      1. Obtain a passing grade in all subjects.
      2. Have GPA of at least 80%.

Level III

    • To qualify for the promotion to the second semester Level III, the student should:
      1. Have passed all the subject in first semester BSN III curriculum
      2. Obtain a grade of at least 80% or above in NCM 103 (Care of the Clients Across the Lifespan with Problems in Oxygenation, Fluid % Electrolyte Balance, Metabolism and Endocrine).
      3. Have GPA of at least 80%.
    • To qualify for the promotion to the  summer pre Level IV, the student should:
      1. Have passed the entire subject in the first semester BSN III curriculum.
      2. Obtain a grade of at least 80% or above in NCM 104 (Care of Clients Across the Lifespan with Problems in Perception Coordination, Adjustment & Maladaptive Behavior)
      3. Have GPA of at least 80%.
      4. Satisfactory passed his/her thesis for oral colloquium

Level IV

    • To qualify for the promotion to first semester Level IV, the student should:
      1. Have pass all the subject in the second semester BSN III curriculum.
      2. Have GPA of at least 80%.
    • To qualify for the promotion to the second semester Level IV, the student should:
      1. Have pass all the subject in the first semester BSN IV curriculum.
      2. Obtain a passing grade  in NCM 106  (Care of Clients Across the Lifespan and Population Group with Problems in Inflammatory and Immunologic Reactions, Cellular Aberrations, Acute Biologic Crisis Including Emergency and Disaster Nursing)
      3. Successfully defended his/her thesis
      4. Submit the final copy and abstract of his/her thesis.
      5. Pass CA 1 (Competency Appraisal 1)
    • To qualify for graduation the student should:
      1. Passed all the subjects in the second semester BSN IV curriculum.
      2. Obtain a passing grade  in NCM 107  (Nursing Leadership and Management)
      3. Pass CA 2 (Competency Appraisal 2)
      4. Completed all the requirements for graduation as stipulated in the Student Institutional Handbook.
