The General Services Department is considered an "enabler", since the services they render make it possible for the other departments to achieve their goals of delivering quality academic and health services. Included under this department are the following units:

Central Supply

The Central Supply Unit is responsible for the safekeeping, distribution, and inventory of items being used by all departments in the Institute.

Engineering

The Engineering Unit maintains the Institute's equipments and facilities. This unit ensures that these facilities and equipments are working efficiently and effectively so that the services that the Institute offers are rendered at its best.

Environmental and Safety Management

This unit ensures that the Institute meets statutory and regulatory requirements in terms of environmental care and safety, and grounds management and improvement. ESM is also concerned with the implementation of policies and procedures, as mandated by ISO/TUV.

Housekeeping

Keeping the surroundings clean and pleasant are the main tasks of this unit. They supervise the works of both our regular housekeeping personnel and out-sourced providers as they keep the Institute conducive for learning and healing.

Purchasing

Tasked with one of the most tedious assignments, the Purchasing Unit ensures that the Institute benefits from all of our purchases by making certain that the Institute exercises its purchasing power to the fullest.

Transportation

It is the responsibility of this unit to guarantee that transport services are available to personnel and departments who need it. The office also coordinates with our accredited transport providers to achieve zero-denial of trip requests.

Security

Security services in the Institute are provided by the Combined Blue Dragon Security Agency, one of the most trusted names in the field to ensure that the personnel and property of the Institute are safe from harm.
