Training and development activities do not only focus on competencies that are related to the performance of one’s work.  It collaborates with the formation team.  We commit to the holistic nurturing and strengthening of the De La Salle Health Sciences Institute’s leaders, staff and even our partner service providers, as they contribute to the realization of the mission.
