Admission Requirements

All potential students of DLSHSI are required to comply with the admission requirements set by the College Admissions Center and the Collegiate Admissions Committee. The Institute strictly observes the no requirements no admission policy..

General Requirements (Master of Arts in Nursing)

  1. Photocopy of Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
  2. Two (2) pieces of 2x2 color picture
  3. Photocopy of College Diploma
  4. Certificate of recommendation from present employer
  5. Certificate of Recommendation from previous school
  6. Two (2) Certificates of membership in any recognized nursing organizations
  7. Study permit from present employer
  8. Curriculum Vitae
  9. Qualifying Exam for Master of Arts in Nursing
