Entrance Scholarship

  1. Newly admitted regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. High school Valedictorian, Salutatorian, First, Second and Third Honorable Mentions (for undergraduate)
  4. Honor graduate of other reputable tertiary Institutions (for Medicine)
  5. Star Scholars of BS Human Biology of DLSU-Manila (for Medicine)
  6. Top two (2) recommended students of the Dean of College of Science of DLSU in Manila (for Medicine)
  7. Recommendation letter certifying status as: Valedictorian, Salutatorian, First, Second and Third Honorable Mentions from High School Principal (for undergraduate applicants)
  8. Honor Graduate, Star Scholar or College of Science Recommended Scholar from the College Dean (for Medicine)
  9. Photocopy of High School Report Card (for undergraduate) or Transcript of Records (for Medicine) with General Weighted Average (GWA) / General Point Average (GPA)
  10. National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) Score of 70% and above (for Medicine)

Academic Scholarship

  1. Regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. Minimum grade requirement per subject:
    • A grade of 83 per subject for undergraduate applicants
    • A grade of 79 for subject for College of Medicine applicants
  4. General Weighted Average (GWA) qualification
    • Undergraduate colleges
      • A grade of 93 or higher for 1st and 2nd year undergraduate applicants
      • A grade of 87 or higher for 3rd, 4th and/or 5th year undergraduate applicants
    • College of Medicine
      • General Weighted Average (GWA) of 87 or higher

Financial Scholarship

  1. Regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. Annual family gross income of 200,000 pesos or less for undergraduate and 400,000 pesos or less for College of Medicine
  4. Minimum grade requirement per subject:
    • 79 per subject for undergraduate except for the major subjects of Nursing which is 80
    • 75 per subject for College of Medicine
  5. General Weighted Average (GWA) qualification:
    • 83 or higher for undergraduate and Medicine
    • Recommended by the College Dean
  6. National Medical Admission Test (NMAT)Score of 50% and above (for Medicine)
  7. Most recent Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or recent personal ITR if applicant is a working student/ Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax Return (ITR)
  8. Barangay Captain or Mayor’s certification of family and income potential
  9. Most recent billing statement (Electric, Water, Telephone, Internet, Cable, etc.)
  10. Has passed the background check and interview of the Collegiate Scholarship Committee
  11. Letter of Intent

Service Scholarship

  1. Regular student should be at least on the 2nd year of playing as varsity or 2nd year of active membership and participation in the institutional chorale of DLSHSI
  2. Officers of the Institutional Student Council (ISC) (President, Vice President for Academics, Vice President for Activities, Vice President for Operations, Executive Treasurer, Executive Secretary, and College Assembly Presidents) and the Library Student Organization (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer)
  3. With good academic standing with grades not lower than 75 except for the major subjects of BS Nursing applicants which is 80
  4. Has a rating of 80% based on the Varsity/Chorale Point Scoring Checklist of the Director for Sports, Cultural and Special Events
  5. Recommended by the Dean of Student Services and College Dean
  6. Letter of Intent

Gawad Lasalyanong Edukasyon Scholarship

  1. Regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. Graduate of any Science school and/or biggest public schools (whose Principals are ranked as Principal 3 or 4) in terms of the school population in the Province of Cavite or any part of the country.
  4. Belongs to the top three (3) of the graduating batch
  5. Winners of the Cavite Search for Science Survivor - Wizards
  6. Recommendation letter certifying status as:

    • Valedictorian, Salutatorian, First, Second and Third Honorable Mentions form High School Principal
  7. Photocopy of High School Report Card or Form-138
  8. Most recent Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or recent personal ITR if applicant is a
  9. working student/ Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax Return (ITR)
  10. Barangay Captain or Mayor’s certification of family and income potential
  11. Most recent billing statement (Electric, Water, Telephone, Internet, Cable, etc.)
  12. Letter of Intent

Brother President Scholarship Grant through Individual Sponsorships

  1. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  2. Graduate of any baccalaureate degree or pre-med program
  3. Graduated with Latin Honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Summa Cum Laude)
  4. Certificate of Latin Honors issued by the University Registrar or College Dean
  5. National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) Score of 70% and above
  6. Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
  7. Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA) or General Point Average (GPA)
  8. Most recent Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or recent personal ITR if applicant is a working student/ Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax Return (ITR)
  9. Barangay Captain or Mayor’s certification of family and income potential
  10. Most recent billing statement (Electric, Water, Telephone, Internet, Cable, etc.)
  11. Recommendation Letter from one of the previous professors, College Dean and/or Department Chair
  12. One (1) pc 3r size Graduation color Picture

Externally Funded Scholarships

Requirements and policies for this type of scholarship are set by the sponsoring organizations and are evaluated by the offices concerned but the applicants are required to file their applications at the Office of the Director for Admissions and Scholarship Assistance Program through the Scholarship Program and Development Center.
