Shared Services is primarily responsible for the operation and finance management of the institute. The Division is headed by the Vice Chancellor for Shared Services who plans and directs the operations and functions of various administrative service offices namely General Services, Human Resource Development, Finance and Controllership, and the Information Technology Center which collectively aim to maximize utilization of available resources and ensure the Institute's financial viability.
