CM Alumni top the March-September 2020 Physician Licensure Examination

DRS. JAMES DANIEL ESTRELLA OMALIN AND CHARLES VANHILL NERMAL RAKSHAM placed 4th and 6th with the ratings of 87.75% and 87.17%, respectively. DLSMHSI recorded a passing rate of 82.76% for the first takers, (24 passers out of 29 takers). DLSMHSI has achieved an over-all passing rate of 69.39%. This includes the 34 passers from the 49 total takers and out of the 49 takers, 20 were re-takers, and 10 of them successfully passed the said exam. This is significantly higher than the national passing rate of 56.18% (800 out of 1,424 takers passed the exams).
DLSMHSI and University La Salle Victoria ink MOU
DLSMHSI and University La Salle Victoria in Mexico entered into a partnership to promote the development of scientific, technical, academic and cultural relations between the two (2) academic institutions through exchange programs for students, faculty, non-teaching personnel and staff, joint conduct of seminars, meetings and lectures, reciprocal use of laboratories and facilities, exchange of research and teaching experiences and joint undertakings on research, technological development and teaching. Academics revises its Performance evaluation tools to address the conduct of HBALMs
In response to the conduct of Home-Based Alternative Learning Modalities (HBALMs), the Academics has revised all its performance evaluation tools. Results show that all items contained in the different tools have Excellent Internal Consistency. The said tools shall be used this SY 2020-2021.
