DLSMHSI ranks 83rd among Philippine universities in Webometrics 2022
DLSMHSI is in the Top 100 of Philippine web universities, placing on the 83rd spot based on the 2022 Webometrics Ranking of Web Universities. There are only three (3) Lasallian schools in the Top 100 and DLSMHSI was one of the schools.

The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities is an initiative of the Cybermetrics Lab, a research group under the Spanish public research organization Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC). According to the website (https://www.webometrics.info/en/Methodology), it aims to promote open access to the knowledge generated by the University through the quantity and quality of the web content. It ranks universities based on webometric (the missions of the universities, such as teaching or the scientific impact of the university activities and the economic relevance of the technology transfer to industry, the community engagement through social, cultural, environmental roles and the political influence) and bibliometric (research mission through bibliographic citations and other informal scholarly communications) indicators.

It is emphasized that Webometrics is not a ranking of websites of Universities, it is a ranking of Universities based on quantity and quality of webcontents. The ranking report for the Philippines is available in https://www.webometrics.info/en/asia/philippines
