A student of this PhD program must fulfill the following requirements for graduation:
- One (1) peer-reviewed article published in its final form, and one (1) submitted manuscript for publication.
- Publicly defended dissertations (empirical and secondary research).
- Oral presentations: 2 international conferences and 2 national/regional conferences. Two institutional oral presentations are equivalent to 1 national oral presentation.
- Served as resource person in 5 research activities (e.g. Journal Clubs, research workshop facilitator) relevant to the research topic.
