Scholarship Application procedures for DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship

Online scholarship application procedure

  1. Scan / take a picture then send the following requirements at entrancescholarshipsh@dlshsi.edu.ph for senior high / entrancescholarshipug@dlshsi.edu.ph for undergraduate:

    Specifying the following:

    SUBJECT: SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION – ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP
    NAME OF APPLICANT:
    Temporary ID number generated by Online Application
    / ID Number
    CONTACT NUMBER:
  2. The Registrar – Admissions, Scholarships, and Testing Section (TRAST) for the ESQE permit, guidelines and link for the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam and schedule.
  3. Take the “Practice examination” as soon as possible (during your vacant time) so that you could be familiarized with the general aspects of the exam & if ever your encounter problems opening the software, the TRAST may assist and solve the problem before your actual exam.
  4. Deadline for submission of application is on or before June 16, 2023. The DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam shall be conducted on June 25, 2023.
  5. Take the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam as scheduled. The applicant should be online and log-in on their account at least 30 minutes before the examination (please take note that the applicants are expected that they have already read the Guidelines on taking the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam).
  6. The DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam result shall be released thru email on June 30, 2023 thru individual emails for the tuition fee discount. or the applicant can contact us thru email at maacol@dlshsi.edu.ph or chat us thru FB messenger at dlsmhsilaso wendy or call us at Cavite line: (+6346) 481-8000 | Manila line: (+632) 8988-3100 loc 1407 and look for Ms. Wendy Acol.
