Temporary Online scholarship application procedure

      1. Download and fill out the Scholarship Application Form
      2. Scan / take a picture then submit requirements to the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities thru email:

        SUBJECT: Scholarship Application

        • For DLSMHSI employee, please coordinate with Ms. Wendy Acol thru email @ maacol@dlshsi.edu.ph
        • Other requirements like Scholarship Application fee of (Php50.00), Daily Time Record, Evaluation (for financial scholars), etc. shall be settled once the regular classes resume
      3. Wait for the email from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities to confirm the submission of your application.
      4. Wait for the status of your application. A Notice of Scholarship approval from the Lasallian Admission and Scholarship Opportunities shall be issued to qualified applicants.

 

Note:

    • For Entrance and EBPSP scholars, tuition fee discount shall be automatically deducted upon enrollment once you submit all required documents before enrollment.
    • For other type of scholars who submitted their application during or after enrollment, tuition fee adjustment shall be given once you received your Notice of Scholarship approval from LASO. You may coordinate with Ms. Jenna Martinez of the Finance and Controllership Department about your tuition fee discount / refund @ jpmartinez@dlshsi.edu.ph / cmmaramara@dlshsi.edu.ph
