The DLSUMC Department of Psychiatry is established in 1984 and is one of the pioneering units of the Hospital. Back then, it was a one-man department until it grew to eight (8) consultants at present who respond to adult, adolescent (juvenile delinquents) and child (abuse, age, and others) psychiatry concerns. Their residency training program currently has two (2) trainees.
