DLSUMC attends to acute and chronic wounds through our Advanced Wound Care Center.
Our center uses advanced techniques, equipment and holistic approach to treat:
- Arterial and venous leg ulcers
- Bed sores
- Orthopedic, diabetic, and general surgery wounds
- Ostomy care
- Other difficult traumatic wounds
Our center is dedicated to provide complex care for the treatment and prevention of infection and other wound complications.
Treatment services in our center are covered by PhilHealth—meaning, there will be no cash outs from patients, making wound care more affordable.
