Library launches GreenPrints

De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute’s Romeo P. Ariniego MD, AFSC library held a virtual launching of “GreenPrints, the DLSMHSI Institutional Repository” on February 23, 2021 during the month long program of Collab-rary: User Engagement Program 2021 with a theme “Digital Literacy”.

GreenPrints is the DLSMHSI Institutional Repository which will provide storage for and access to the scholarly and creative works of the member of DLSMHSI community. It will hold information and electronic research inputs, student theses, faculty research, digital learning objectives, archives, publications, institutional records and other records of knowledge and works attributed to students, staff, and faculty.

In his message, Vice Chancellor for Academics Juanito Cabanias, LPT, PhD, highlighted the role of the repository for the academic community: “Through this particular repository we would be able preserve and at the same time share all our materials for those interested to access all the research outputs and publications that we have.”

RPAMDAFSC Library Director Efren M. Torres Jr., RL, MLIS hopes that GreenPrints, which will become available to a wider audience, will serve as a catalyst to make change and open opportunities for future collaboration.

GreenPrints can be explored through greenprints.dlshsi.edu.ph. RPAMDAFSC Library will give updates to the community and a How To guide for the faculty, staff, students and others in accessing GreenPrints.
