VCLMLA to represent Philippines in III AIMEL

Vice Chancellor for Lasallian Mission, Linkages, and Advancement Ms. Maria Cecilia Tirona, MHPEd, will represent the Philippines as among the delegates from the Lasallian East Asia District at the Third International Assembly of the Lasallian Educational Mission (III AIMEL) happening in November 2021 in Rome, Italy.

AIMEL is an international assembly of Lasallians who have a deep knowledge, involvement, and commitment with the Lasallian mission. The first assembly was held in October-November 2006, followed by the second in May 2013.

The third Assembly this year aims to evaluate the implementation of the decisions of the previous assembly and propose lines of action for the future of the Association and the Mission to the 46 th General Chapter. Thus, this assembly will potentially set the course for the international Lasallian Mission in the years to come, taking into consideration the unique realities in the specific regions where La Salle schools are situated.
