COLOR YELLOW GOLD –The color of the SUN that gives light symbolizes hope, happiness.  It represents life, energy, force, strength, power, and rebirth

IMAGE OF SAINT JOHN- Attributes the many Lasallian Values

IMAGE OF CROSS – Suggests transition, balance, faith, unity, temperance, hope, and life that represent relationships and a need for connection to something.

IMAGE OF MOTHER CARRYING A CHILD – A mother’s love is unconditional, unselfish and knows no end; a mother`s love is something transcendent for other people.

LAUREL WREATH is a symbol of victory and honor. Whereas, we envision DLSMHSI as a world-class and God-centered health institution committed to achieving the highest quality of life and equity in health for our people.

ZEAL FOR SERVICE- Zeal is the enthusiastic and total gift of self for the sake of the mission expressed in such qualities as gratuity and generosity, creativity and fortitude, compassion and commitment.

Zeal for service is exemplified in the lives of the students of NSTP who are person-oriented, patriotic and God –loving. They are young, youthful, jolly, compassionate, full of love and zeal for service.

Through the community engagement, the students shall demonstrate the Lasallian Values, always setting in mind and in heart the general welfare and betterment of life of the members of the communities; that in every project planned and implemented, there shall be the desire and intent to devote to improving the health of the community in various aspects of services, such as, enhanced facilities, better education, clean environment, risk reduction, peace advocacy, safety, recreation, and morals of the citizen.
