LOGO and Its Meaning

Meaning of the Logo:

  • The four community members serve as a representation of the various groups that participate in service-learning initiatives, including volunteers, educators, students, and community members.
  • It also represents the institution’s value of reverence for life as well as the three Lasallian Core Values of faith, service, and community.
  • Each member of the community is seen holding a book, signifying the value of education and information in bringing about positive change in the neighborhood.
  • The open books stand for the readiness to participate in ongoing learning through service activities as well as the exchange of knowledge and learning.
