The Office of the President releases proposed alternatives to address the impact of Kto12 Changes in the educational landscape due to the implementation of the Kto12 curriculum have raised concerns among educational institutions. Fortunately, DLSHSI has been actively engaged in seeking ways on how to turn these challenges into opportunities for the benefit of all members of the Institute.Upon the recommendation of the Academic Operations Committee, duly endorsed by the Executive Committee and approved by the Board of Trustees, DLSHSI has prepared a set of alternative ways to address the impact of Kto12 that aim to mitigate the effects of the curriculum change but ensures the welfare of the Faculty and Academic Support Personnel. The alternatives include redeployment to the Special Senior High School or other Lasallian schools, utilization of benefits such as early retirement, sabbatical leave, or study grant, and application for clinical trial coordinator posts following all provisions contained in the Faculty and ASP Manuals.
