DLSHSI prepares for the construction of the new College of Pharmacy building

DLSHSI prepares for the construction of the new College of Pharmacy building DLSHSI and its industry partner, Mercury Drug Corporation, shall meet on September 20, 2016 at the DLSHSI President’s Boardroom for the signing of the Deed of Donation and the ground blessing of the College of Pharmacy building. Construction of the building is expected to commence this year and hopefully be ready for the August 2018 opening of classes.This is a milestone for the DLSHSI community and the
College of Pharmacy as they strengthen their commitment to provide quality Lasallian pharmacy education for the future pharmacists of the country.  Our sincerest gratitude to Mercury Drug Corporation headed by Ms. Vivian Que-Ascona, its President.
Recipients of the College of Medicine Research Award namedFour faculty members from the College of Medicine were recognized for their research initiatives and were conferred with the College of Medicine Research Award. The award is given to faculty members for publishing their papers in an internationally recognized peer reviewed journal provided the name of the Institution is clearly identified in the designation of the author in the journal article/s.Congratulations to the following awardees:DANTE G. Frani from the College of Nursing presented his paper “Relaxation, Aromatherapy and Sleep Hygiene Education Program and Sleep Quality among selected Residents in Manila Boys Town Complex” on September 14-17, 2016 at the International Higher Education Research Forum 2016, ICC, Tagaytay City.
